Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and scalability of mission-critical IT environments.
Working closely with platform, operations, and development teams, you will contribute to building and optimizing observability solutions that keep critical applications running smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and maintain observability platforms;
* Enable self-service monitoring capabilities;
* Act as a technical expert in incident management and problem resolution;
* Collaborate with operations and platform teams to improve system performance;
* Contribute to automation and innovation efforts across CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployments;
* Document observability practices and provide training and support knowledge-sharing initiatives;
* Evaluate compliance with performance, availability, and scalability requirements across mission-critical environments.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A strong background in software engineering and/or related field;
* Proficiency in observability tools such as DynaTrace, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix;
* Knowledge of container services (Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker Swarm);
* Experience with deployment, configuration, and monitoring of applications in production;
* Automation knowledge with tools like Puppet, Terraform, or equivalent;
* Broad knowledge of pipelines, platforms, and related DevOps tooling;
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
