Every day, we connect more than 600,000 people to meaningful work across a wide range of skills and industries helping to power the success of clients around the world.We are looking for an experiencedHR Systems and Administration Specialist, based in Porto, to support a Swiss-based team.Your Mission:The purpose of this role is to proactively manage and enhance the user experience and processes surrounding the HR systems and applications used by the People & Culture Team. The successful candidate will join the People & Culture team and support the delivery of a high level of service to the Manpower Group Switzerland business, ensuring that reporting capability is achieved and delivered in a timely manner to key stakeholders and global functions.Responsibilities:Fully understand and map out the structure and processes within the HR toolsTrouble-shoot issues with the tool and rectify errorsSuggest enhancements to improve user experienceEnsure that all HR tools are kept updated and that the data is accurate and consistentManage MARS (performance system) from a data input, export and reporting perspectiveDrive systems change projects to align to global processesProvide content for training purposes eg/ Manager and Employee training for tools + deliver the training via TeamsManage projects such as the updating of the Intranet with HR documentation, policies etcDeliver reporting requirements such as Headcount, Distribution Lists for training/ communication purposes, Quarterly Metrics etcBuilding dashboards to support and drive key prioritiesEnsure that reporting is delivered in a timely manner to all stakeholdersProvide data as required, for example for audits, engagement surveys, headcount reporting etcProvide ad hoc support to HRBPs and admin colleagues as required to ensure the smooth running of the departmentYour background:English fluency with either French or German language proficiency (B1)2-3 years of minimum experience as an administrator with regular use of systems and solid excel experienceStrong administrative skills (MS office products)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail
