Job Description:
As a Workforce Manager, you will:
* Ensure delivery of key metrics, staffing budgets, training requirements, and performance metrics through resource optimization;
* Identify and implement reports as needed;
* Execute communication strategies for executive leadership by synthesizing data into actionable recommendations for Business Reviews and Operational Meetings;
* Increase efficiency by recommending staffing strategies supporting a multi-skilled customer contact center;
* Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to leadership teams;
* Coordinate staffing with training and operations teams;
* Manage workforce management systems, telephony, and related processes;
* Oversee daily schedule operations, including leave requests and call outs;
* Develop scheduling enhancements and new business models;
* Collaborate with the WFM Country Team.
Candidate Characteristics:
Technical and IT Skills:
* Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal;
* Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon;
Languages:
* Native or proficient Italian (C2);
* Proficient English (C2) mandatory;
* Additional languages are assets.
Previous Experience:
* University degree;
* Project management experience;
* Data analysis and business recommendations;
* Workforce management experience;
* Call center experience desirable;
* Experience in technology industries desirable.
