Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Product Owner to join one of the IR, communication, compliance and governance business lines. You'll play a central role in delivering impactful digital solutions that serve our clients' evolving needs across capital markets.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be accountable for the delivery of specifications for large and complex features that span multiple applications. You will proactively lead discussions with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and facilitate workshops and resolutions where needed.
You will be primarily responsible for:
* Product Delivery & Ownership
o Gathering, analyzing, and translating product requirements into clear epics and user stories.
o Managing the product backlog and prioritizing development work across one or more agile teams.
o Reviewing sprint deliverables to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations.
o Coordinating product mockups, prototypes, and end-to-end testing (including alpha, beta, and UAT).
o Leading release planning and managing internal/external communications on new feature deliveries.
o Identifying feature gaps, providing feedback, and supporting development during agile ceremonies.
o Becoming a subject matter expert for the product(s), providing insight and guidance to the team.
o Challenging Product Managers to define business requirements that solve real user problems.
* Stakeholder Engagement
o Proactively communicating with business teams, developers, and stakeholders.
o Organizing and leading workshops to align product goals and technical feasibility.
o Keeping stakeholders informed of product progress, risks, and key decisions.
* Coordinating bug triage and prioritizing fixes.
* Adapting to changing priorities and project scopes with a problem-solving mindset.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role, preferably with Scrum Product Owner certification.
* Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder interaction.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and deliver under pressure.
* Experience with backlog management and sprint planning.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Bonus: any business domain knowledge or technical expertise (e.g., systems, architecture, networking, etc.).
* Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
