Responsibilities
* Closely collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate challenges into digital solutions.
* Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability.
* Implement and maintain tests and participate in testing activities.
* Review code, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards within teams.
* Contribute to release preparation, including technical documentation and deployment activities.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT), actively participate in demo sessions, and ensure clear, reliable documentation.
* Handle functional and technical service requests from business stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the product team to investigate and resolve incidents.
* Participate in monitoring and troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.
* Engage in Agile ceremonies, such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
* Help create technical items on the product backlog, phrase them in a value-oriented manner understandable by business stakeholders.
