* Ability to manage resources and budgets
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to align communication initiatives with organizational goals.
* Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative engagement and communication strategies.
* Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese.
* Knowledge of Canva and power point
