Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Junior Engineer or Architect to join our operations team, supporting condominium management, post-sales processes, and coordination with contractors, service providers, and owners.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong follow-up discipline, on-site awareness, and the ability to push matters to conclusion. Candidates with construction site experience and exposure to supervision/inspection roles will be strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
Condominium & Financial Coordination
Issue and actively follow up on condominium fee payment requests
Monitor incoming payments and ensure accurate records and receipt issuance
Request, collect, compare, and organize quotations and budgets from service providers
Construction & Provider Coordination
Coordinate and accompany works carried out by external contractors and service providers
Ensure compliance with approved scope, timelines, and budgets
Maintain continuous follow-up with contractors and suppliers to drive progress and completion
Post-Sales & Claims Management
Manage post-sales issues and client claims with firmness and efficiency
Report claims to the general contractor and monitor resolution progress
Apply consistent pressure to ensure timely closure of all open items
Repairs & Approvals
Request repair quotations for items not covered by warranty
Present proposals to owners and actively pursue approval decisions
Coordinate execution of approved repairs with external providers
Candidate Profile
Junior Engineer or Architect with strong professional ambition
Hands-on experience on construction sites
Previous experience with a construction supervision / inspection company is highly valued
Exceptionally organized, able to track tasks, deadlines, and responses independently
Strongly results-driven, with a clear focus on execution and closure
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging directly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Capable of negotiating and discussing quotations with clarity and authority
Proactive in applying constructive pressure to secure quote delivery and client approvals without delay
