As a Warranty Desktop Auditor, you will help identify improvements, drive compliance, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a dynamic, international environment.What you can look forward to:In the Warranty Audit area, you will identify and explain deviations and potential for improvement in warranty process handling in the worldwide service organization and check the effectiveness of central models for warranty application review. Within this position, you will make an important contribution to a positive customer experience in the environment of particularly customer-sensitive warranty repairs at a central corporate interface between customer, service and product quality, support the achievement of adequate cost targets and contribute to an audit-proof warranty application review.Your responsibilities:
Plan and organize desktop audits based on suitable KPIs and carry them out to check potential deviation topics in the warranty process handling, based on upstream analysis resultsDefine, evaluate, and decide on conspicuous warranty applications on the respective test topic, being jointly responsible for this processDocument test results transparently, precisely, and comprehensibly, handling mainly written communication to the worldwide audit objects until the audit is completedAnalyze desktop audit results regularly and incorporate their findings into the continuous improvement process of upstream application review processes and modelsAct as the first point of contact for your clients and the central warranty process management as well as those responsible in the country organizations regarding desktop audit results Your profile:
Apprenticeship as a car mechanic/car mechatronic technician with further training as a master craftsman or technical business economist (ideally first experiences with audit)Ideally completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) with a technical or business orientationPractical experience in the field of (commercial) vehicle engineering and knowledge of workshop and repair processesGood Microsoft Office Skills, especially in ExcelVery good analytical skills and a feel for the overall contextFluent in oral and written English to present complex issuesIndependent, structured and efficient way of workingExcellent teamwork skills and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment3-5 years work experience Your benefits:
