We are looking for an experiencedAgile Delivery Leadto support our value stream teams in delivering high-quality outcomes.
The ADL will work in close collaboration with theProduct Manager of the team andTech Leads across each capability, ensuring that delivery is well-coordinated, transparent, and aligned with business priorities.
In this role, the ADL will be responsible for runningtwo squadswithin the value stream, ensuring delivery consistency and alignment across both.
The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator, skilled in agile ways of working, and able to foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies(stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) fortwo squads, ensuring focus, alignment, and accountability.
Partner with theProduct Managerto balance delivery priorities, scope, and timelines across squads.
Collaborate withTech Leadsacross engineering, QA, and other capabilities to coordinate dependencies and unblock delivery.
Maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, and issues across the value stream, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Coordinate with other PMs, TLs, and ADLs across the business to manage cross-team dependencies.
Drive continuous improvement within the squads, fostering a culture of learning and adaptability.
Act as a servant leader, enabling the squads to own their delivery and operate with autonomy.
Ensure alignment of delivery with broader organisational objectives and value stream goals.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, or similar rolein an agile environment.
Strong understanding ofAgile frameworks(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and delivery practices.
Experience managing delivery acrossmultiple squads.
Excellentfacilitation and communication skills, able to bring together diverse perspectives and drive alignment.
Experience working in avalue stream or product-based delivery model.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business functions.
Ability to balancedelivery disciplinewith adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity withAgile metrics and reportingto track delivery health and progress.
Nice to Have
Experience working in large-scale organisations withmultiple value streams.
Exposure to tools such asJira, Azure DevOps, or equivalentfor delivery tracking.
Knowledge ofDevOps practicesand how they support continuous delivery.
