We are currently looking for Head Waiters to join our team!
This role will be responsible for Perform customer service; Assist at distributionof tasks through all room staff; Verify service room mise-en-place ; Daily transmit servicespecifications; Receive and direct clients to their tables; Advise customer on what to choose from the menu; Managing the schedules, shifts and vacations of the room staff; Manage all team issues; Other responsibilities associated with the role.
About you Previous experience in similar roles in luxury environments; Excellent team management skills; Deep focus on customerservice and service standards; Excellent communication skills and empathy; Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus).
