We are now looking for a B2B Freelance Cold Calling Specialist, an energetic and results-driven professional with strong communication skills and the ability to create meaningful first connections with potential clients. If you enjoy engaging with decision-makers, opening new opportunities, and turning conversations into business potential, this role is for you. - Must be based in Portugal or Spain with remote-first flexibility. - You will work closely with our general manager. - You will contribute directly to expanding our pipeline and generating opportunities that support our growth strategy. Prospecting & Lead Generation - Conduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calling and targeted outreach to potential B2B clients. - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and business opportunities. - Schedule meetings and create opportunities for the sales and consulting teams. - Build positive first impressions and establish trust with prospects. - Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services and solutions. - Maintain a professional, consultative, and customer-centric approach throughout interactions. - Keep CRM systems updated with accurate records of activities, conversations, and opportunities.
