The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts within the AdTech and iGaming sectors. This role requires expertise in the media and agency industry, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to clients.
Description
Identify, approach, onboard, and manage key clients (affiliates, operators, agencies) in iGaming and related verticals.
Build and grow a portfolio of clients.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing.
Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure campaigns are delivered, optimized, and aligned with client goals.
Monitor performance, advise clients on optimizations, and ensure campaigns hit high ROI.
Lead lead generation campaigns and define the brand's positioning and messaging.
Oversee key marketing content (case studies, webinars, PR) and manage brand visibility at industry events.
Analyze market trends and test new channels and growth experiments to drive expansion.
Profile
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ad-tech, affiliate, or iGaming.
Strong knowledge of the media and agency industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and platforms.
Fluency in English.
Proactive and results-driven mindset.
