Role Description As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring that prospects turn into loyal customers.
You will work closely with the leadership team to develop sales strategies, manage leads throughPipedrive CRM, and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the sales funnel using Pipedrive CRM.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, content, etc.) to generate leads.
Qualify and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to convert them into customers.
Analyse campaign performance and sales data to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales.
Proven experience using Pipedrive CRM (setup, automation, reporting).
Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation, etc.) is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and data-driven.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
