We are growing our team and looking for a senior leader to take our Real Estate department to its next chapter.
The role
This is a senior leadership position with departmental ownership.
As Head of Real Estate, you will lead the team, develop strategy, close high-value transactions, and be the face of CadenzaLux in the market.
You will work directly with Management and report to the Board, with a mandate to grow the department commercially and operationally.
You will oversee co-brokerage partnerships and be accountable for the department's revenue targets, KPIs, and compliance.
Key Responsabilities
· Develop and drive the Real Estate department strategy in line with CadenzaLux's business objectives
· Originate and close real estate transactions, sales and long-term rentals
· Build and manage a pipeline of exclusive property listings, qualified buyers and institutional clients
· Lead, develop and performance-manage the Real Estate team
· Develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies, developers, and high-net-worth clients
· Oversee co-brokerage arrangements and ensure execution standards across all transactions
· Report department KPIs and financial performance to Management and the Board
· Ensure full regulatory and compliance standards across all operations
· Represent CadenzaLux at industry events, client meetings and networking forums
Requirements
· Proven track record in real estate sales and transaction management, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity
· Strong network in the Portuguese residential and investment property market
· Experience managing and developing a team of brokers or agents
· Commercial mindset with the ability to originate business independently
· Excellent client relationship skills, comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors
· Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus)
· Licensed to operate as a real estate professional in Portugal (or ability to obtain)
Working Days:Thursday to Monday (5 days/week including weekends)
Location:Cascais (Hybrid work model/ on weekends, optional upon review)
