We are a growing Cloud Consultancy (AWS Partner) looking for a \"right hand\" to own our back-office, resource planning, and partnership workflows.
We've outgrown our current spreadsheets and need you to implement a smarter, AI-driven way of working so our consultants can focus on delivering high-quality cloud solutions.
/ppbr/ppbWhat you'll be doing /b /pulliResource Capacity Planning: Move us from manual spreadsheets to an intelligent planning tool (e.g., Productive.io or Motion).
You'll monitor capacity, prevent overbooking, and flag bottlenecks.
/liliProcess Engineering: Document and automate our core processes, like our \"New Account Onboarding\" checklist.
You don't just follow the list; you build the automation behind it.
/liliAWS Partnership Management: Own our AWS Partner Portal.
This includes managing the pipeline, requesting AWS credits, and keeping our status in good standing.
/liliFinancial Admin: Prepare monthly billing and ensure our CRM data is 100% accurate.
/liliAI Implementation: Use AI tools and agents (N8n, etc.) to automate as much of the administrative work as possible.
/li /ulpbr/ppbWho you are /b /pulliBased in the EU and able to work on a B2B freelance basis.
/liliProven experience in a tech or consultancy environment.
You understand project lifecycles.
/liliExpert level in Asana (or similar) and experienced with resource management and CRM tools.
/liliStrategic thinker: You don't just move tasks; you think about how to make the business more scalable.
/liliFluent in English.
