??WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
Deep functional expertise in at least two core SAP IS-U modules (e.G., Billing/Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, Customer Service).
Proven experience working in an IT service delivery or operations environment (maintenance/run), managing incidents, problem management, and small changes.
Solid experience in creating functional specifications, test scripts, and managing UAT.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ITIL principles, or similar service management frameworks is a plus.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly analyze complex functional issues, trace them through the SAP system, and determine the precise root cause and configuration fix.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting requirements, configuration steps, and test results to ensure system stability and compliance.
Process Improvement: Proactive mindset to identify, propose, and implement system fixes that permanently resolve recurring business pain points.
??HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?
Leadership & Team Management:
Provide functional guidance and clarity to the IT support teams (e.G., developers, testers) during the resolution of complex, high-priority incidents and recurring system issues.
Lead internal knowledge transfer sessions to ensure operational teams maintain a high level of understanding of implemented IS-U business processes and configurations.
Support the IT Lead/Manager in prioritizing the backlog of functional tickets and minor enhancements based on business value, regulatory impact, and operational urgency.
Platform Strategy & Implementation:
Participate in impact assessments of proposed SAP patches, minor upgrades, and technical changes, translating technical risks into clear business impacts.
Ensure all system changes (fixes or enhancements) are designed with a focus on minimizing disruption to the stable, productive system environment.
Maintain and update the functional design documentation (blueprints, process flows, configuration guides) to reflect the current state of the productive system accurately.
Solution Development & Customization:
Gather and analyze detailed business requirements for incident resolution, small change requests, and continuous process improvements within the IS-U modules.
Translate business requirements into clear, precise functional specifications (FS) for the technical team (ABAP, Fiori, interfaces).
Perform system configuration within the relevant IS-U modules (Billing, Invoicing, FICA, DM, etc.) to resolve issues or implement minor, low-risk enhancements.
Design, execute, and document test cases (Unit Testing, System Integration Testing) for fixes and enhancements, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned IS-U business processes, proactively engaging with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to understand operational pain points and suggest system-based solutions.
Communicate the status of system fixes, changes, and operational performance to business stakeholders in a clear and non-technical manner.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate requirements and manage expectations regarding system capabilities and delivery timelines in a maintenance context.
Performance Optimization & Analytics:
Analyze and interpret operational metrics related to key IS-U processes (e.G., billing run errors, FICA exceptions, manual effort in customer service) to identify root causes and potential system fixes.
Proactively search for opportunities to optimize existing business processes by leveraging standard SAP functionality to reduce recurring incidents and improve operational efficiency.
Support the generation of ad-hoc reports by defining clear data requirements to aid in problem analysis and decision-making.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure all functional designs and configurations comply with regulatory requirements (e.G., billing rules, market standards) and internal compliance policies.
Work with the Security team to review and verify SAP IS-U user authorizations relevant to resolved incidents or new functionalities to maintain data integrity and security compliance.
