As aSalesforce Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our platform operations, ensuring smooth user management, data integrity, and platform configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage users, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Configure objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules.
Maintain automations using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
Perform data imports/exports and ensure data quality.
Collaborate with developers and product teams on new features.
Document processes and support user training.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and native automation tools.
Experience with Data Loader, Reports, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
Familiarity with Change Sets and Sandbox Management.
Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder is a plus.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (valued).

As aSalesforce Developer, you'll be building custom solutions and integrations that drive business value and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Visualforce components.
Build and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
Customize objects, layouts, validation rules, and automations.
Use Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, and CI/CD tools for deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.
Document technical solutions and contribute to platform evolution.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Visualforce.
Experience with APIs, Platform Events, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
MuleSoft experience is a plus.
Relevant Salesforce Developer certifications (valued).

Key Responsibilities:
Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with business goals.
Design integrations with ERP, CRM, DWH, etc., using APIs and MuleSoft.
Establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate on roadmap planning and platform strategy.
Define security models and ensure compliance (e.G., GDPR).
Mentor developers and administrators, and review technical designs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or senior technical role.
Deep knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Visualforce.
Experience with APIs, MuleSoft, and CI/CD tools.
Strong understanding of data models, security, and governance.
Ability to lead in multi-org and multi-cloud environments.
High-value certifications (e.G., Application Architect, System Architect, CTA) are a plus.
