Whatever you're working on, what are the technical skills you're likely to have?
Bachelor's degree inComputer Engineeringor similar.
7+ yearsof experience.
Deep technical knowledge ofnetwork infrastructures(LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, load balancers) and administration ofWindows ServerandLinux operating systems.
Proficiency invirtualized environments(VMware, Hyper-V) andhybrid cloud platforms(Azure, AWS), including advanced resource management and security.
Familiarity with and application ofService Managementmethodologies (ITIL, ISO ***** or similar).

What will be your responsibilities in this position?
Performadvanced technical interventionsand providespecialized consultancyonLAN/WAN infrastructures,Wi-Fi,firewalls,load balancers, printers, cabling, and operating systems, promoting the continuous optimization of technological resources.
Manage and optimizevirtualization and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring efficientintegration,scalability, andsecurity.
Define, implement, and testrobust backup,disaster recovery, andbusiness continuity policies, ensuring the protection of critical data and continuity of operations in contingency situations.
Ensure high-qualitytechnical supportforcomplex incidents and issues, includingon-siteandremote assistance, with a proactive approach and effective communication with senior stakeholders.
