Your contribution to something big:
* Lead the technical development lifecycle of video security cameras, from concept to market launch.
* Define and maintain system architecture ensuring reliability, product compliance, and SW integration.
* Oversee hardware and software design, testing, and certification processes.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Act as technical authority for product requirements, design reviews, and risk assessments.
* Ensure compliance with Product Engineering Processes and quality guidelines.
* Drive innovation.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
2. 10+ years experience in electronic product development (experience in video security, IoT devices, or high-tech systems is a plus).
3. knowledge of video cameras, embedded systems, AI-based video analytics, and network protocols.
4. Experience with system architecture design, certification processes, and cybersecurity standards.
5. Proven leadership in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
6. Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
* Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with Product Engineering methodology.
* Expertise in video products, cloud integration, and edge computing.
* Knowledge of industry regulations.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
