About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers upon arrival at the airport and ensure they have a smooth experience.
* Provide supervisory support to third-party handlers and ensure a warm and friendly check-in service is delivered.
* Issue boarding passes and follow safety and security procedures.
* Assist at boarding gates and work with colleagues to ensure flights depart on time.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations.

Requirements
* No previous experience necessary, but excellent communication skills required.
* Fluency in both English and Portuguese essential.
* Ability to work flexibly, including shift work, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
