OverviewGlobal Finance Project Manager role within Sodexo's Global Business Service (GBS) strategy, supporting centralized Shared Service Centers in Porto, Mumbai and Bogota. The ERP replacement program covers approximately 50 countries, migrating to SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365. The GPO team requires coordination and structuring support for projects executed across Europe. What will you do?Drive project management activities including task coordination and resource allocation. Data analysis: select, produce and present relevant qualitative information to support root cause analysis. Progress monitoring: track project progress against plans and timelines. Stakeholder management: inform and manage expectations and motivation across multidisciplinary teams and different cultural backgrounds. Communication: facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders. Documentation and reporting: maintain thorough documentation and provide status reports. Risk management: identify and mitigate potential risks. Support in other project actions that contribute to timely and meaningful project delivery. Support Finance BPOAssist in project scoping and roadmap definition. Provide overview of process KPIs and identify initiatives. What you'll need to succeedMaster's degree in business administration, engineering or project management. 5 years of professional experience. 3 years in similar functions (project management and process owner teams) with knowledge of Lean principles/tools (PDCA, SIPOC, 5S, etc.). Green/Yellow/Black Belt is a plus. Ability to perform data analysis, reporting and KPI preparation. Digital tech savvy with experience in tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, SmartSheet. Experience developing projects with multinational and high-level stakeholders; strong presentation skills for varying organizational levels. Ability to rapidly adapt to new environments, learn new processes, and connect organizational processes to business outcomes with a critical eye. Experience in the services sector is a plus. Basic knowledge of Finance and Shared Service Center environments. Knowledge of SAP ECC & S/4HANA is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally to lead meetings and workshops in other countries.
