We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support and strengthen our procurement activities across the Mediterranean Region.You will manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value generation.
Your contribution will be essential in supplier management, cost optimization and supporting strategic decisions across the region.
Key Responsabilities
Manage the full procurement cycle for goods and services, from request to purchase order follow-up.
Maintain and manage supplier data, contracts, offers and price lists.
Support negotiations to secure optimal commercial and service conditions.
Contribute to Third Party Management activities: onboarding, risk assessment and monitoring.
Collaborate closely with Finance on budget alignment and spend analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and efficiency across the region.
High level understanding of IT domains (cloud, application, infrastructure) and related services and licensing models.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
4 years of experience in Procurement, including minimum 2 years as IT buyer.
Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with procurement/ERP tools (Ivalua, SAP, or similar).
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Comfortable working in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
Fluency in English (min B2).
