Business AnalystWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!Location: LisbonMain Tasks:- Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs, ensuring proper validation of requirements. - Support the creation and maintenance of Business Requirement Documents. - Work closely with Process Owners and Key Users to define detailed functional specifications. - Prepare and ensure execution of test plans during testing phases. - Identify business impacts of proposed solutions and define action plans. - Support IT teams functionally throughout all project phases. - Communicate project status effectively to internal stakeholders. - Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.Profile:- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and documentation. - Experience in writing functional specifications and test plans. - Ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams. - Knowledge of automation concepts is a plus. - Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus. - Familiarity with office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Language Skills:- Good level of English (spoken and written) is required. - French is a plus.Additional Information:- Hybrid work regime – office in Lisbon. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Collaborative and innovative work environment.Send your CV & join our team!
