This role supports month-end closing activities, ensures compliance with corporate reporting standards, and provides actionable insights to Sales Controlling and Business Unit leadership to drive informed decision-making.Your responsibilities: Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on:Order Intake by customer, product, and regionSales Performance vs. budget and forecastPipeline and backlog analysisPricing & Financial KPIs (e.g., revenue, contribution margin, PCR)Support month-end closing by validating sales data, reconciling order intake, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.Maintain and improve reporting templates and dashboards in alignment with corporate standards.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to provide insights on performance trends and support decision-making.Assist Sales Controlling in preparing management presentations and business reviews.Act as a point of contact for reporting-related queries within the Business Unit.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP, CRM, and BI tools.Master Data Management: Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of master data in ERP and related systems to support business processes.Pricing & Discount Uploads: Support the upload and maintenance of pricing and discount structures in the ERP system, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Support in spot price calculation, deal margin evaluation, and price governance. QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.2–4 years of experience in Sales Reporting, Financial Analysis, or Business Controlling.Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query), BI tools (Power BI) and Power Point.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
