Application Support Professional (m/f) - Lisbon

At the moment, we are looking for the following candidate:
Application Support Professional (m/f) - Alfragide (Lisbon)
Required Skills:
* Fluent in English, with advanced writing and communication skills.
* 5+ years of experience in application support, preferably in collaboration with international teams.
* Proven expertise with incident management tools, such as ServiceNow.
* Solid experience in 1st and/or 2nd line support, including coordination with cross-functional teams.
* Strong background in knowledge management and use of documentation tools like SharePoint and internal wikis.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Demonstrated proactivity and strong communication skills in daily operations.
Nice to Have:
* Understanding of ITIL Foundations (certification or practical knowledge).
* Experience with cybersecurity platforms and awareness of vulnerability handling guidelines.
* Strong team player with a willingness to learn, adapt, and apply critical thinking in problem-solving scenarios.
