Procurement Administrative Technician - French Speaker About the Position: To support a company that is growing!
We are looking for a Procurement Administrative Technician who is fluent in French.
Key Responsibilities: Manage internal suppliers (reference in SAP, create personnel numbers, send purchase orders, issue contracts) Receive invoices and record subcontractor activity reports Act as the main contact for resolving intercompany accounting discrepancies Ensure cost accuracy in the system and address queries regarding costs generated by internal suppliers Administrative tasks Some accounting tasks Profile: 2 or 3-year degree in administration or management, with initial experience in subcontracting, purchasing, or accounting Fluent in French Rigorous, organized, and curious.
Team spirit is important Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and have good interpersonal skills Proficient in Excel Knowledge of SAP is an additional asset Please send your CV!
