Shuttlers is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is obsessed with solving the commuter's dilemma. You won't just be managing a roadmap; you'll be architecting a high-frequency marketplace that moves thousands of people daily. This is a role for a builder who understands that a great product isn't just a clean UI; it's a bus arriving exactly when the user expects it.
You will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and data analysts to solve complex logistics problems and build a world-class mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) platform.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute the roadmap for a core pillar of the Shuttlers ecosystem (e.g., Rider Experience, Pilot Logistics, or B2B Enterprise Tools)
* Drive initiatives centered on Route Utilization and Seat Occupancy. You will build the tools that ensure our fleet is deployed where demand is highest, maximizing efficiency for both Shuttlers and our bus partners.
* Run A/B tests, dive into SQL or Mixpanel, and use qualitative feedback to validate hypotheses. You don't guess; you measure.
* Act as the bridge between Operations, Marketing, and Engineering. You'll translate high-level business goals into actionable technical requirements.
* Lead the entire lifecycle from discovery and framing to launch and post-launch iteration. You'll be responsible for the "Why," the "What," and the "When."
Requirements
* A minimum of 5+ years in Product Management, with a proven track record of success in high-growth technology environments. Prior experience in logistics, mobility, or fintech marketplaces is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel, Tableau) and a disciplined approach to A/B testing and performance tracking.
* A deep understanding of software development lifecycles, API integrations, and cloud-based architectures, enabling effective collaboration with senior engineering leads.
* The ability to understand the physical complexities of transportation and translate them into seamless digital experiences.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate product vision to executive leadership and external partners.
