Key Responsibilities
* Monitor, review, and moderate content posted by users on the platform
* Assess flagged posts for violations of community guidelines or legal requirements
* Respond to content-related queries in Spanish
* Escalate complex or sensitive cases to specialized teams
* Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on platform policies and global standards
Requirements
* Spanish C2 (native or near-native)
* English B2 (intermediate proficiency)
* Strong judgment, resilience, and ability to make fast, fair decisions
* Availability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
* Comfortable working with sensitive content across diverse cultural contexts
