About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Record-to-Report Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for recording and monitoring day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP with accuracy and in a timely manner.
* You will perform month-end and quarter-end closing routines, including calculations of accruals, deferrals, and real estate taxes.
* You will keep abreast of changes in external accounting guidelines and foster the adoption of real estate's accounting principles.
* You will support partners in the preparation of accurate and reliable financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
As a Record-to-Report Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
* Recording and monitoring day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP.
* Performing month-end and quarter-end closing routines.
* Supporting partners in the preparation of financial statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure.
* Good communication skills.
