About The Job
The IT Project Management Officer’s mission is to contribute to the definition, design, and implementation of solutions that meet stakeholder requirements, considering resources, deadlines, budgets, compliance rules, and Group best practices.
Your Main Activities Are
* Support project management processes and provide decision-making support to stakeholders.
* Advise on alerts, risks, and recommendations for projects, portfolios, programs, or senior management.
* Create value by identifying cost-saving opportunities and avoiding unnecessary costs.
* Collaborate with Finance teams to prepare, track, and analyze the department’s budget.
* Monitor costs related to internal and external resources and produce regular budget reports for management.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including needs assessment, posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Partner with operational managers to anticipate staffing needs and manage relationships with external staffing agencies.
* Identify training needs and design upskilling programs such as training, mentoring, and certifications.
* Support career path development to improve employee engagement and retention.
Profile and Skills to Success
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT, Procurement, or similar areas.
* Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Attention to detail and rigor.
* Project management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
