RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as interface between external supplier and internal functions;
* Implement new suppliers and develop existent database;
* Coordinate the evaluation of suppliers;
* Ensure the provision of parts and/or equipment of suppliers;
* Guarantee correct master data and prices in the ERP system and support the launch of fault free operations;
* Participate in the development of sourcing strategies;
* Negotiate prices and conditions with vendors and promote savings;
* Management and negotiation of supplier contracts;
* Act as interface between Purem Tondela and the global purchasing team;
* Contribute to the Purchasing department KPIs.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Bachelor degree in Management or similar;
* Experience in purchasing in the industry sector (preferably in automotive);
* Negotiation, communication skills and team work;
* Good knowledge of SAP;
* Fluency in English (mandatory).
