* +5 years of experience in IT project management.
* Solid IT background with experience in system integration, data modeling, and enterprise architecture.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proven experience operating in JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and workflow optimization.
