* Be a partner with Tech and Data Leads to shape project goals, define timelines, and efficiently allocate resources
* Oversee end-to-end execution of projects across en-gineering, data, and business functions
* Play an active role in team development by helping to plan hiring needs, onboard new team members, and support ongoing growth
* Facilitate Agile routines including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
* Keep projects on track by ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met
* Drive process improvement by refining workflows, templates, and documentation standards
* Create clear and concise status updates and reports for all stakeholders
* Actively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
* Collaborate with other project leaders to improve internal practices through PMO contributions, retrospectives, and shared learnings
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement by celebrating wins, addressing challenges, and always seeking better ways of working
Qualifications
* From 3+ years of hands-on experience managing technology projects in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to deliver data-focused or infrastructure-heavy projects, especially those involving BI, analytics, or data pipelines
* Strong project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills. Able to bring clarity and momentum to complex initiatives
* Deep familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other SDLC methodologies. Able to tailor the approach to fit team needs
* Solid foundation in project governance, including scoping, estimation, planning, tracking, and risk management
* Excellent command of Jira, Confluence, and similar collaboration tools
* Comfortable managing technical requirements and stakeholder expectations
* Experience working with BI tools or on projects involving large-scale data processing
* Experience in pre-sale activities
* Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Would be a plus:
* Prior experience leading or working closely with Data Engineering or Analytics teams
* Certification in Scrum (CSM) or Product Ownership
* Basic SQL knowledge or familiarity with data modeling concepts
