The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about technology, thrives in cross-functional teams, and is eager to take ownership of complex challenges. You’ll design and deliver scalable, user-centric frontend solutions using React and TypeScript, while mentoring others and driving best practices in engineering.
You’ll work autonomously, contribute to architectural decisions, simplify systems, and lead initiatives that improve both product and platform — always with a mindset of continuous improvement, pragmatism, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of the team’s architecture, providing system-wide vision and design direction.
* Simplify systems and eliminate unnecessary complexity, code, or outdated documentation.
* Write simple, exemplary code that motivates and sets the standard for quality within the team.
* Promote engineering best practices across operational excellence, security, and quality.
* Tackle the root causes of recurring issues and resolve technical bottlenecks — even across teams
* Build consensus and alignment in the face of differing technical perspectives.
* Support the technical development of your peers through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
* Participate in on-call rotation when required, providing reliable support to maintain service stability.
Your Qualifications – Must Have:
* Strong understanding of design patterns, architecture principles, and performance optimization.
* Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and concepts like concurrency and messaging systems.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), containers (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
* Passion for automation and scripting (e.g., Shell), with a focus on operational excellence.
* Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and experience working in Agile environments.
