Job Description

* Builds and nurtures strategic relationships with key thought leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and amplify impact.
* Possesses deep understanding of the Portuguese hospital landscape to design and implement clear, effective marketing strategies and operational plans that enhance patient outcomes.
* Maintains an external perspective, applying industry best practices and insights gained from direct customer engagement to accelerate learning and responsiveness.
* Leads the team through customer council and business planning processes, effectively identifying and managing trade-offs to maximize patient benefit in Portugal.
* Takes ownership of generating actionable insights through rigorous and meaningful performance measurement.
* Facilitates seamless customer interactions that foster trust and demonstrate genuine care, contributing to improved outcomes for individuals living with Specialty diseases in Portugal.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent degree in Business Administration or a scientific discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing, Sales leadership, or relevant pharmaceutical roles.
* Proven track record in launching hospital-based products.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
* Experience in Regulatory Affairs is considered beneficial.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
