Job Description
As an Order Management Specialist at Nokia, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, driving the end-to-end order execution process that ensures customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Collaborating with sales, finance, logistics, and procurement teams, you will play a critical role in coordinating and validating customer orders, resolving constraints, and managing product orders across hardware, software, and services. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
1. Owns the complete customer purchase order execution including the collection and preparation of relevant information needed for customer purchase order execution.
2. Coordinates and monitors the end-to-end order execution, constraints solving, and escalations.
3. Coordinates and validates the customer order intake.
4. Manages ordering of products (Hardware, Software, Services).
5. Triggers task creations for transactions (purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, monitors timely completion).
6. Supports coordination of the procurement execution: captures the demand, purchase, and goods receipt and verifies invoice.
7. Supports coordination of the distribution execution: plans transportation, verifies freight cost and invoice, and coordinates transport.
8. Supports coordination and validation of the customer invoice.
9. Successfully coordinates work with teammates for the project.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
1. Bachelor's degree preferably in the field of economics, logistics or a relevant field
2. Some years of work experience preferably in logistics/order management
It would be nice if you also had:
1. Good organizational and prioritization skills
2. Good communication skillset
3. Project management skills
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Third language is a plus.
