About the job (English) B2B Sales Account Executive

True leader in the gift market, they are growing their Sales Team in Portugal and they are looking for a new passionate Account Executive.

The Offer:

1. Present, promote and sell using solid arguments to existing and prospective partners
2. Identifying business opportunities
3. Maintain the sales relationship with the B2B partners
4. Build strong network by participating to fairs and events
5. Organize meetings with B2B partners and gather all information about their services and products to create business proposals
6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within timeline
7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
8. Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
9. Supply management with reports on needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
11. Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English
2. Bachelor Degree in Business or related is a plus
3. Strong experience in Sales department
4. Be proactive, organized, result-driven, team player, hungry to grow and learn, resilient
