We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join the Bolt Food Team in Lisbon, Portugal.

About the roleAs Key Account Manager, you will build and sustain robust relationships with our most crucial merchants, ensuring exceptional operational performance and growth.
What you can expect Main tasks and responsibilities:
Account Management: Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, proactively identifying new business opportunities while ensuring key accounts meet strong operational KPIs.
Own the partner's P&L and be responsible for its profitability and growth.Campaign Performance: Ensure all campaign processes are in place and proactively work to improve overall monthly performance.Account Planning: Develop account plans to increase volumes and improve key accounts profitability.Client Support: Respond to client queries, manage emails and calls, and resolve their challenges.Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports to all key accounts, providing consultancy about what can be improved and implemented for further growth.Quality Standards: Collaborate with Merchant Operations and Sales Managers to ensure every account meets our quality standards.What we expect About you:
Minimum 3 years in account management, business consultancy, business development, or similar roles with a focus on the restaurant industry.Proficient in English and Portuguese, with strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making.Proven track record of achieving critical metrics and revenue targets.Strong capability in leading & prioritizing tasks and projects, managing resources, and time efficiently.
Highly organized.Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.Experience is great, but we also look for drive, intelligence, and integrity.
