EVENTS TEAM / LISBON
Working hours: From 8h to 10h per event, 3 to 5 days a week.

We know that cinema is best when it's shared! Black Cat reimagines the movie-going experience as a chance to connect, build memories, and invest time in the people around us. We're on a mission to make the cinema your favourite night out.
We've hosted 250+ open-air shows, welcomed over 50,000 visitors, and inhabited some of this city's most enigmatic locations. And, crucially, we have had some amazing people join us on our team - People with the skills, energy and enthusiasm that make our events come alive! In the coming years, we'll reach new markets, create new partnerships, and further redefine how Portugal sees nights at the cinema!
Who we're looking for
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with others and has strong interpersonal skills. Someone who is proactive and helps to bring solutions. Someone who takes pride in creating a great event and leaving other people with happy memories!
Roles rotate each night and tasks can vary from helping set up deco or to be in charge of access control, among others. In addition to it, event staff will likely be on their feet for the duration of an event and need a certain level of energy and enthusiasm to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and dismantling of temporary structures and furniture, signage, F&B materials
Operations during event: different tasks to be assigned such as:
Welcoming and serving our guests
Access control
Facilitating organization and cleanliness of venues
Food and Beverage service (some experience is helpful)
Cash register
Assist in artists hospitality
Inventory inspection
Essential requirements.
We'd love to talk to you if you have:
A positive attitude and enjoy working with people and teams!
Experience with customer service or events.
High energy - Set up and dismantling requires some physical work.
The ability to identify problems and propose solutions
High level of attention to detail
Ability to perform well under pressure, and comfortable adapting to new situations.
Strong verbal communication skills
Proficiency in English and Portuguese
