Job Description Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous process improvement.
Coach development teams on agile principles, practices, and ceremonies while promoting self-organization and accountability.
Identify, address, and help resolve impediments that hinder team productivity and sprint progress.
Collaborate with product owners to refine backlog prioritization and ensure clear user story definition.
Analyze team metrics and velocity trends to identify optimization opportunities.
Mentor team members on agile best practices and support professional development.
Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to stakeholders with clarity and transparency.
Manage agile tools and workflows to maintain accurate sprint tracking and documentation.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile coaching role in software development environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, methodologies, and technical processes.
Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks with demonstrated ability to implement and adapt them.
Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with influence across all organizational levels.
Experience in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and removing team impediments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
Experience coaching and mentoring development teams to enhance performance and capability.
Preferred: Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Preferred: Background in software development or technical project management.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Project Manager – Mid–Senior Level (6-Month Contract) Location: Portugal (Remote) | Contract Duration: 6 months (potential extension) Overview We are seeking a skilled and delivery-focused Project Manager to join a global logistics organisation on a 6-month contract.
This role requires a mid-to-senior professional with strong core project management expertise and a technical inclination, capable of leading a diverse range of initiatives across operations and technology.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and reporting frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, IT, engineering, and third-party vendors.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Project Manager – AI/Technology Initiatives Location: Remote (Hybrid/Remote model) What you will do Own the full lifecycle of AI/technology projects— from planning and kick-off through to delivery and post-go-live monitoring.
Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, working alongside Development, Architecture, and Support teams.
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets across concurrent workstreams.
Drive stakeholder communication— internal and external— with clarity and executive presence.

What we are looking for Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency with project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
Experience in the telecommunications sector highly valued.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English—written and spoken (mandatory).
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
Project Manager – Global Business Services (GBS) Hub Location: Lisbon | Working Hours: 2–3 days home office per week | Salary: €1,200 to €2,000 base + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits.
Your responsibilities Plan and manage transition projects, ensuring timelines, resources and deliverables are on track.
Identify risks early and define actionable mitigation plans.
Align with functional leaders to align project goals with broader business objectives.
Deliver end-to-end transitions of processes, systems, and teams into the GBS.
Support teams through change, promoting a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with global PMO to apply best practices and ensure consistency.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
Keep project documentation up to date and ensure transparent communication.
Serve as a key contact between headquarters and GBS centers.
Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
Partner with HR and functional teams to design and deliver training programs.

Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
Fluency in English and German (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus.
Basic SAP knowledge (preferred).
Experience in Project Management, Shared Services, Consulting, or industrial environments (internships and academic projects considered).
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
