We are recruiting a Sales Account Manager to report to Commercial Director
Key Responsibilities
Business Planning and Reporting:
* Develop and execute business plans.
* Monitor performance using periodic KPI reports, ensuring commercial targets are met.
* Propose corrective actions when deviations occur.
Client Portfolio Management:
* Manage and grow assigned client portfolios.
* Negotiate deals that enhance profitability and align with business goals.
Customer-Centric Product Solutions:
* Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
* Identify market trends and opportunities to maximize business profitability.
Production Coordination:
* Oversee contracted production volumes, ensuring seamless interaction between production, clients, and quality teams.
* Guarantee orders are delivered on time, meeting technical specifications and agreed pricing.
Sales Reporting and Issue Management:
* Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to clients.
* Address and resolve sales-related incidents in collaboration with relevant departments.
Relationship Building:
* Maintain and strengthen client relationships by managing claims, organizing visits, and attending international trade fairs and events.
* Promote trust in our production processes and adherence to quality and food safety standards.
Additional Responsibilities
* Adhere to company policies, codes, and procedures.
* Actively support the dissemination of quality and environmental policies.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Participate in training sessions for professional and technical growth.
