We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join an international team on a strategic long-term project in the Financial Risk domain.
Main Tasks:
Develop and maintain applications using Java and PL/SQL.
Collaborate with business analysts in the Risk domain.
Translate UI/UX mockups into Angular components with a focus on performance and scalability.
Define and implement API architectures.
Participate in technical analysis, effort estimations, testing, and documentation.
Support parallel runs and production releases.
Technical Skills:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
5+ years of experience with Java (version 1.8 or above).
Solid knowledge of SQL/PLSQL.
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, Hibernate.
Strong understanding of scalable, high-performance solution design.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Background in Mathematics or Finance.
Fluency in French.
Experience with schedulers like Control-M or $Universe.
Proficiency with Git and branching strategies.
Perl scripting knowledge.
Hybrid Role in Porto.
