HR Administration Officer (1 year contract)
Nortempo Porto is currently looking for a HR Administration Officer (m/f) for a client in the area of Porto.
RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
* Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts/documentation according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor/location.
* Set up data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors).
* Storage of all required documentation in contractor’s file and SAP.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contingent workforce documentation, including contracts and compliance forms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Specific skills / expertise / product:
* Experience in Human Resources (administrative)
* Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory)
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, forms)

* Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities
* Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities
* Pro-active and on top of things will be a plus
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and positive attitude
