Project Manager Job Overview
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing cross-functional tooling projects for TE Connectivity. You will work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure projects meet financial, schedule, and customer expectations.
* Manage project schedules, portfolios, and communication to drive successful project execution.
* Identify resource constraints and collaborate with management to resolve them.
* Define project team setups, negotiate resources, and conduct regular meetings.
* Support the development of fast-track decisions and business cases.
* Compare and define best replacement concepts.
Responsibilities:
* Continuously improve tracking and reporting of sustaining supplier activities.
* Support system development initiatives and propose improvements.
* Maintain and develop the Sustaining Tool App.
* Coordinate PCN processes and align with sales and marketing teams.
* Work closely with core teams to define and execute customer needs.
* Ensure timely information and escalation in case of bottlenecks or roadblocks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related science.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
* Excellent writing, documentation, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
* Basic knowledge of current automotive products.
* Ability to work in multi-functional areas and overcome barriers.
* Good knowledge about tools and equipment build.
