We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in Portugal to support the recruiting activities across Europe, the USA, and other countries.
Responsibilities:
Manage and actively participate in end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
Create job descriptions for different positions
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop strategies for current and upcoming recruitment initiatives.
Support and coordinate interview scheduling across departments and with Delivery Managers
Follow up on the external search process and handle approval tasks, participating in the offer process
Perform day-to-day tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing methods
Assist with pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Collaborate with team members in HR and other departments
Complete reporting tasks as requested by management
What we expect:
A background in IT/tech recruitment, along with knowledge and understanding of the IT labour markets in Europe, the USA
Global recruitment experience is an advantage
2 + years of relevant experience managing full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes
Experience collaborating with a diverse range of hiring managers
LinkedIn proficiency, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools
Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher.
