We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as VP Delivery, driving the strategy and operations of a large engineering organization. This role requires strong program management skills, experience in managing 700+ people, and a deep understanding of digital business and its IT landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of results and achievements in software engineering and outsourcing, with experience working in a well-established company (3000+ employees). They will be responsible for shaping delivery strategy, supervising teams, performance management, financial management, contribution to sales and presales as well as account growth. The successful candidate will be able to lead collaboration with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored solutions. They will build strong relationships with key clients and ensure smooth project delivery. Additionally they will be involved in top-priority pre-sales providing direction guidance support ensuring success of our sales efforts.
