Head of AI Solutions – Global Data & AI Leadership Opportunity
Bravemind is partnering with a leading global consulting firm in the search for a visionary Head of AI Solutions, to lead a high-impact AI initiative with international reach. Based in Portugal, this role offers the opportunity to build a globally scalable AI product from the ground up, working in close collaboration with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify high-impact AI opportunities and design solutions that align with business needs across the EMEA region;
* Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI assets, from ideation through deployment and iteration;
* Drive presales efforts, including proposal development and client engagement;
* Collaborate with global AI leadership to ensure adoption and scalability of developed solutions;
* Build and lead a high-performing AI Solutions team focused on product innovation and delivery;
* Evaluate performance through KPIs and continuously enhance impact and efficiency;
* Keep the firm at the forefront of AI trends and technologies.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in Data & Analytics leadership, with a track record of end-to-end delivery in AI/ML projects;
* Solid technical foundation across Microsoft Azure, Oracle SQL, Power BI, and other data technologies;
* Experience in presales, client engagement, and proposal development;
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills;
* Full professional fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus;
* Willingness to travel (1–3 times per month once the project stabilizes);
* Based in Portugal, ideally with presence in Lisbon or Porto.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Oracle, or AI/ML;
* Experience speaking at industry events or leading international client engagements;
* Comfortable working in matrixed, multicultural environments.
