About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial P&L Controller. This role will involve managing financial data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Data Management: Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on financial data to inform business decisions.
* Trend Identification: Identify trends and patterns in financial data to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
* Closing Processes: Support closing processes, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities.
* Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce manual adjustments.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of financial processes.
Requirements
* Accounting Control Experience: Proven experience in accounting control, including P&L reconciliation, sensitive accounts justification, and alignment with Operations.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Oracle Essbase, and compliance tools.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders across various levels.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
