All applications with skills for the position are welcome!We are looking for an Amazing: IT RecruiterSeniority: 1 yearType of position: Hybrid (2x/week) @PortoThe amazing you, will have:Bachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;At least 1 year with experience in Recruitment and Selection;Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles;Be a dynamic person with good communication skills;A team player with a spirit of collaboration;A person with a good working attitude and commitment;Be results-oriented;Good level of English and Portuguese.Responsibilities:Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers;Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms;Analysis and selection of CV's;Phone surveys when necessary;Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks;Performing and conducting interviews with candidates;Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you ´ll have (plus):Speak other languages, like French.
