This position involves assisting travelers with personalized support, staying up-to-date with industry knowledge, and building meaningful relationships with global teams. To be successful in this role, you must have native or fluent French language skills, previous experience in customer service roles, particularly in the travel and hotel segments, and proficiency in GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo.
